This one is rather simple. In fact, we had seen the solution in passing but forgot about it. The option to download captured video doesn’t exist in the Image Transfer Utility 2 software. It’s actually on the camera.
Navigate within the camera menu as follows:
- Wi-Fi settings -> Enable
- Auto send images to computer
- Image sending options
- Type to send -> Stills+movies
